We understand choosing care for loved ones is a big decision. This section answers questions about our services and caregivers.
We support young people aged 16–18, and where appropriate up to 25, who are leaving care and require semi-independent accommodation with tailored support. We work with young people from all backgrounds, including those with complex emotional and behavioural needs.
We provide high-quality semi-independent accommodation, including both standalone and staffed shared placements. All our homes are safe, well-maintained, and designed to offer a warm and supportive living environment.
Support is person-centred and individualised, based on a detailed assessment of the young person’s needs, strengths, and goals. Each young person is actively involved in their care planning, with regular reviews to ensure support remains appropriate and effective.
Yes, we work closely with local authorities, commissioners, and partner agencies. Our services are aligned with the objectives of the responsible authority while always prioritising the wellbeing and safeguarding of the young person.
